- A declaration of the accuracy of the information provided and the authorization of the complaining party to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Section 17 USC §512(f) highlights the consequences of misrepresentation in copyright infringement claims. A takedown notice can be sent to us through our Contact page, preferably via email, for swift attention.
Kindly note that we may disclose the information in a copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge that your details and claim may be shared with the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Request for Material Restoration
If you receive a notice of material takedown due to a copyright claim, you have the option to send a counter notification to restore the material. The counter notification should contain specific elements as per Section 17 USC §512(g)(3) and be forwarded to our DMCA Agent in writing.
- Your signature, either physical or electronic.
- A description of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement affirming your belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction for legal proceedings.

Repeat Offender Protocol
